Gijsbert has more than 20 years of insurance and management consulting experience, having worked as the Head of Change at Hiscox and Operations Manager at PartnerRe for over a decade. During this time, Gijsbert built an in-depth knowledge of P&C insurance processes and solutions. He also worked closely with underwriters and brokers to find product, distribution, and processing solutions in Europe. Before working in insurance, Gijsbert worked for nine years on several international blue chip projects at Accenture and KPMG.
Professionally, Gijsbert thrives on helping insurers overcome challenges to deliver growth and transformation plans and scale their businesses. He loves to inspire teams, build bridges between business and IT, and work in international environments.
